- Phone — Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm Eastern. Sundays we return calls.
- Email — send a room-by-room rundown plus a few photos of anything heavy, and Lacey will write a binding flat rate.
- Online form — fill out our free moving quote form and tell us the dates, the addresses, and anything tricky like stairs or a Signal Mountain driveway.
What we’ll need from you
To put a real number on paper instead of a phone-guess, give us four things: pickup address, drop-off address, target date, and an honest inventory. Honest meaning the storage unit in the back, the garage workbench, the gun safe — those count. Tell us once and we won’t surprise you with a re-quote on move day.
Office hours and after-hours
If you’re moving on a weekend and something changes the morning of, Brett Coker (dispatch) keeps his phone on. We don’t disappear after the quote is signed — that’s the whole point.
